Lorena Municipal Court is a court of record.  The court is responsible for Class C misdemeanors and other state and city ordinance violations punishable by a fine. Its activities include but are not limited to:

• Pretrial hearings and trials
• Collecting fines and court costs
• Issuing warrants of arrest

Court is in session the first and third Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. and the judge is Charlie Buenger.  The Judge does not accept phone calls and defendants are seen on a first come first serve basis beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month.
