City Secretary

Purpose


The city secretary serves as the official liaison between the city manager and the city council. The city secretary provides notice of city council meetings and records proceedings of the council at those meetings. Additionally the city secretary provides the notice of and records of proceedings of the Planning and Zoning Commission and other boards and commissions of the city. The city secretary is the official custodian of the city's records, elections administrator and provides public information as established by law.
